Prior to opening Café Momus in Montreal, Canada, Momus Coffee made a promise to always offer the finest coffees available by choosing only Arabica beans from the world’s best coffee-growing regions. We’re obsessed with freshness of our coffee and that’s why we craft all of our coffees by hand in small batches using a new state of art micro roaster. While majority of all coffee companies have turned to an automated process, we sincerely believe it takes all five senses of a highly-skilled artisan to complete the perfect flavor profile.
